Well, I think a lot of it has to do with confidence in what you are saying and your general ability to communicate with others. Try to get 1000 or more posts on TSR. Its a great oppurtunity to practice communicating. Once you are comfortable expressing yourself in an articulate and effective way- then conversations in real life will be much smoother.

do a few speeches infront of a crowd, you'd have to speak louder
