muscle pain in the mornings

Hey you!!! :p:
Have you ever had pain in muscles in the mornings...I mean like you wake up and have pain in your muscles in your legs and arms...Like it is hard to go down on the stairs etc...And, the point is that it happens without any reason, I mean no training, no gym, no running, no sport at all, so I totaly can't get where this pain can come from. Any ideas? May be it is some kind of a desease????
p.s. it happens often if I have luck of sleep...
doesnt everyone feel a little stiff when they get out of bed? i dunno about muscle 'pain'.. but well if its just temporary then dont worry about it. maybe u do exercise when ur asleep? or sleep walk or something?

hmmm... anyway, if it gets worse or anything.. go see a physiologist or something..

how about proper position when youre sleeping.. sometimes improper sleeping position gets you cramps all around

Probably your legs are cramping in the night, and you for some reason aren't waking up despite the pain it causes me! lol. I can't do anything but hobble for a day when my legs cramp in the night.

Ok, here it is, we made a search with my BF and we think it can be FIBROMALGYA...doesn anyone know what the hell is that and why people get it???

ooh my legs cramped at night and always woke me up (often when i kicked randomly in dreams - lol - my legs would stay tense and i would have to hop about frantically or keep hitting the muscle to get it to relax!!)
i was told that it was either a calcium deficiency or that i had too much salt in my system!!! so drink more milk n eat less salty stuff!! it helped me abit.. (i now avoid stretching my legs in my sleep.. better to be safe than sorry lol)
