    Hello all,

I'm self-teaching D1 for examination in January - I've gone through one of those general books but feel I need one of the edexcel ones - (Heinemann Modular Mathematics) - however on searching Amazon the only one on offer was one published in 2000?

(There was another D1 study book but reviews said that was full of errors!)

I'm aware there has been another one published - I did find it on one site for about £15 including postage - compared to about 7 from Amazon from the old one.

What I want to know is - is there going to be a significance difference between the two? I don't one to save a few pounds and learn the wrong syllabus!

    Thanks in advance!
