    Hi there,
I'm finding it difficult to find universities that will accept me for an English Literature undergraduate degree because I haven't studied it for A level. This has been made more difficult as I didn't do very well i my A levels and took a BETC after i had left college at 18. Now at 21 I'm hoping to change my fortunes, but it is proving more difficult than i fist thought.
I have around 320 UCAS points and was wondering if anyone could suggest any universities that will accept me with my current results.
any help would be very much appreciated as i am starting to stress a little bit now.
    Thank you!

Have you considered Open University? You don't even need A levels to study You start at level 1, the Arts Past and Present, which I am doing now. It's a very broad arts course and will enable you to build your knowledge and skills. Then you can pick literature-specific modules. I am hoping to gain an English literature degree too. If you want to apply I would do it ASAP because the deadline for finance is in about 5 days I think/

I might add I already had A levels in English literature and English language [separate] but the OU appealed to me more than traditional ones.

After a quick google search I found this:
    http://www.roehampton.ac.uk/undergra...sh-literature/
    and
    http://www.glos.ac.uk/courses/underg...entry2011.aspx

Alternatively have you considered doing a foundation year? These usually only require around 180 points, and I dont think they need any specific A Levels. Passing would enable you to continue onto the full undergraduate degree.
