    Please, can anyone tell me how it works !

    I mean, from what we call baccalaureat (i think it is A lavel there).

    How many years? what do you study? stages? last year? specialization?

    The Medicine wiki is a very useful tool. It will tell you the basics.

    A standard medical course (entry after A-levels) is five years, or six if you choose to intercalate (see above link). If you sucessfully pass finals, you become a doctor and start postgraduate training (again, see above link). The first two years are broad, then you can start specialising.
