Im 6FT, i am of big built, not huge, however as im big boned, my aim is to lose abit of weight however also rip/cut my arms and tone my body overall, what would you lot advice.
E.g, more reps of lower weights while doings biceps/triceps, what about the weight size i should do when working on the chest
