Prepare more than one answers with specific examples to each of their competencies (on their website).
Have some questions to ask them at the end
Make you you can say why you're applying to GT as well as the specific department (audit, tax etc) - what differentiates GT from it's competitors is a vital question
Think about how the economic crisis affects GT, it's clients and you in your role for the company
