    Hi there

I just got a new pet Skink, and I can't decide on a name! It's a blue tongued Skink, and the name needs to be gender neutral.

    All suggestions welcome!

I had to Google "skink". .

Anyway, why gender neutral? Can you not find out what the sex is?

Bluey, Tonguey, or Skinky. All truly superlative names.

Nope, we can't yet, and I want a name soon, or else he/she will be nameless!

Call it Steve, I know it isn´t strictly gender neutral, but no one can dislike the name Steve for such an animal.

Alex is a good gender neutral name. :yep:

Or you could pick any other name of one gender which has a counterpart for the other gender; for example:
    • Steve / Stephanie
    • George / Georgina
    • ...

Georgie. Could be a cute boys name, or a fun, ladsy girls name.

It's so cool you have a pet skink. I think you should call it bob. Or spike, or even spikey
