I have reallly poor circulation in my hands (apparently it's raynaud's syndrome or something?) and I'm getting really bad chilblains this year because it's so cold. My fingers are quite swollen, it hurts if I accidentally stub my finger, and they're permanently purple. Obviously I try and keep them as warm as possible but are there any cures or things that would help that anyone knows of?
    Thanks in advance!

yes i get it too, try doing some yoga, it helps regulate body temperature at all times.

and when it turns purple, keep it above heart level. circulation tends to get better. x

Really? How can yoga regulate body temperature? I thought it was keeping it below your heart that improved blood flow, like putting your head between your knees when you're about to faint?

haha, im a med student, trust me its definitely above heart level.

yoga strengthens your core and in addition, it regulates blood circulation and in turn help body temp.
