    Hi im currently at Loughborough uni and tomorrow i intend to speak with my personal tutor about taking leave of absence for personal reasons. I just wanted to know if whilst im on LOA until Sept, can i also apply to other unis on Ucas?

    Yes, you can, but you also have to declare the university you are at now and this means including the start and end dates of attendance. Being on LOA means you haven't dropped out, you're still a student at your university, so what are going to put down as the end date of attendance? You can't lie or withhold information on your application, that can get you into trouble. If you don't want to stay on your current course or at the university, then drop out (and save yourself a whole bunch of money) and start over next year. If you're not sure yet then ask your university about being admitted again on grounds of prior attendance, they usually allow you to come back and you don't have to apply through UCAS.
