A different view to stripping... Watch

I think it is very easy for the wrong perception to be taken with regards to stripping. Its interesting to see how many women I've noticed take the position of it being disgusting and degrading towards women and objectifying women as purely sexual beings.
Men go to strippers because whether we admit it or not, we like seeing naked women. We think they are fantastic. We enjoy going to strippers because we want to go see beautiful women take their clothes off, and we are celebrating their beauty, how they look.
Now I've little experience of women going to strippers, but it tends to involve going to see the guys take their clothes off, and then pointing, and giggling, and laughing at the guy. If I was a male stripper-and who knows, maybe I am (I'm not), I'd be disgusted and insulted if I'm there, parading my body for all to see, and there's a horde of women laughing at me. Its insulting, degrading and humiliating.
It appears that for some reason-celebrating women is bad, humiliating men is good.

And in defence of any arguements that may come up over this:
    1) Yup, its totally about how she looks. Nothing to do with personality, and lets be realistic, she will be whatever role she needs to be to get us to buy one more dance from her. Personality does not come into it. How shallow of us.
    2) Yes, its not our partner stripping for us, its someone else. I personally find it hard to believe that noone out there hasn't had a gooey moment over someone else even in their head whilst in a relationship.
    3) Most strippers are not forced into stripping. Its a choice.

Hmm.. I disagree with you saying that we laugh at male strippers.
Actually, women cheer, and wolf whistle, and such things.
    We're usually quite impressed.

    I'd say this too!
As for the rest, I suppose so. It is a choice after all.

It's empowering to watch a male stripper because we are imitating male behaviour. We do not however imo hold any serious desire to shag them, not me anyway.

Secondly women are not as visual as men and we don't find the same pleasure in ogling semi-naked men as guys do women. We giggle because it's a reflex and thelact itself is naughty. I wouldn't stare and get wet to Stripper in public, sex is a very private thing to us. So it's easier to giggle than to 'make appreciative glances'

Maybe i'm just bull****ting :dontknow: if you stripped for me i'd whistle/grope/grunt. Promise

I agree on the male stripper thing, I could never be sincerely attracted to a male stripper or want to get with him, after all, a man's body is nothing special unless it belongs to a man I find attractive. And that a man is willing to strip and wear those ridiculous outfits is a major turn-off, so you're right, I'm more likely to laugh.

Men and women usually don't have to same view on the opposite sex's body, plus men watching female strippers have a joy in knowing this woman is going out of her way for them, putting herself out there, and even if she does it for fun, a lot of guys feel like the "boss" which feeds their egos. Now most women can get a guy to take his clothes off pretty easily if he was expecting something, so it's never going to be the same thing.

I agree with what everyone else said about not laughing, or if we do it's mroe of an embarrassed giggle.

I just don't find the stripper sort attractive, but would still join in the fun if there was one at a hen party or something. But I would never have any physical attraction to them like men would for female strippers.

Female strippers don't bother me though, not in the slightest. If they're forced into it then obviously that's a different matter but those that choose are probably pretty happy, confident people and good on them. If my partner went to one for a stag do or something then ok, but if he chose to go watch them every week on his own I'd be a bit upset I guess, partly because it just seems a bit sad, partly because it's not as if I don't make an effort with sex. My sex drive is bigger than his so then if he goes and puts his energy into that instead of me then it wouldn't seem very fair. If I never wanted sex it would be different though. Same with porn etc.

Mmm the strip club, where women can work for your money, unlike normal girls who take your money and you don't get the return for a long time.
