Well I rang up a few months ago to express my interest in this role, and recieved an email a few days ago with a link to an application form to fill out for this position. Ive filled it out and sent it. It says expect a phone call within the next 10 working days.
What will be likely to be discussed in this phone call, and what is the next step do you lot reckon?

Bump, also would I have to do the OASC, or is that only for officers? (I know this sounds stupid)/

Try reading the careers section of the RAF website, it has all the information you need to know.

I'm waiting for a phone call too, but I'm guessing it is to invite us in for AST? If in doubt, wait, and within 10 working days you will know.

As above. And no, you will not go to OASC (Officer and Aircrew Selection Centre).
