This morning, at aout 11am,when getting in the car I smacked my head on the door frame. Stupid I know. But i hit it at a huge force. I wasn't knocked out.

The pain subsided after about 20 mind, but then sarted throbbing and there was a dull pain, which is still present now, after nearly 7 hours. I've taken some paracetamol, to not avail, and have started feeling dizzy, a little sick and a bit shaky.

What's wrong? Should I be worried?
