I find myself currently counting my work experience in hours :P. But for entry requirements and such, it would be helpful to know how much 'one week' of work experience actually is. I was kind of guessing 40 hours, but I'm not too sure. Thanks guys!<3
Yes, I'd say around 40 hours. Going for the lowest won't be the best, i'd try and do more than 40 if you can, maybe two weeks? To try and separate yourself from the rest in another way? idk

well it's an 8 hours is classed as a day, and they only count 5 days as a week, so yeah 40 hours is the equivalent
Or at least this is what the Liverpool form for Vet work exp classed it as

I would consider it as whatever a working week for the establishment consists of. I think its important to make the vet school selection panel realise you understand that working with animals is not a 9-5 job. Only last week did I think I was doing my last call at 5.30 to get called back to the clinic to a horse with a severe wound who the office staff just couldn't turn away. I got home at 9pm....then was on call for the the next two nights and fitting in some study time for my certificate.
