Lately I've been feeling like I'm not eating right. I'm vegetarian and generally tend to get enough protein from meat substitutes, but I'm sure that if I calculate my calorie intake, it's quite a way below the 1500 minimum recommended for me. I put my stats into an intake calculator and it gave me this:
Between 1500 to 2000 calories.
Between 217 to 285 grams of carbs.
Between 59 to 77 grams of protein.
Between 50 - 70 grams of fat.
I avoid saturated fats as much as I can and eat wholemeal bread/pasta/rice. I'm just worried that not quite hitting the calorie recommendation might lead to me feeling lethargic all the time.
I suppose the main reason I'm making this thread is to know whether there are any negative consequences in going below your minimum recommended calorie intake by a few hundred calories, apart from losing weight.
