Hi everyone, hopefully someone can give me some good advice,

Situation: So currently im loosing weight, i've lost 10kg in the past month, target is to get to the healthy status as said in the BMI. So i have another 10kg to go, which I should get done by New Year.

Question: I would like to have some sort of pecs and abs, which will take some work i know, but i've been told it's easier to work them while fat, then loose the fat? So any advice on what to do will be appreciated.

    Thanks Loca.

You lost 10kg is 1 month? I've been burning 500 calories a day, 5 days a week for 2 months and I've not moved from 68kg at 6 foot -.- My diet is pretty decent too.

stop eating fatman food, move the hell off your ass at least twice a day and maybe consider doing a bit of exercise on a regular babsis.
