Thankyou for taking the time today to answer these questions. I have no problem with tuition fee rises because it's been on the cards for some time now and in the economic circumstances makes sense and is fair. However, I go to the University of Wales Trinity St David (Lampeter) where supposedly my Department of Film and Media will be closing in 3 years despite record numbers this year. Can you tell me why when millions are being pumped into my new university from the Welsh Assembly and partnerships and tuitions fees rising that they are deciding to close a valid and successful department? This has also been done without notifying us before our courses began and we have been sorely duped and lied to and instead there spending the money apparently building a river. Is this what you want from a higher education Mr. Willetts?
Thanks for your time
