    No. Never. Every single person ever accepted by Oxbridge has had straight A*s, and at least 25 of them, including quadruple science and three foreign languages.


    Serious version: It happens, though the majority of successful applicants have several A*s and As. I've known people with the odd B grade get in though.

    Some guy I knew got in with a few B's, he went on to become top 5 in maths.

    i know of someone who got in with CCD but they had had a book published...so, thats clearly your way forward
