How should a film portfolio be presented?

Should it be like a graphic design/photography portfolio?

A4 leather folder? Would a kinda photoalbum thing with card and plastic sleeves be ok?

My teacher seems kinda picky and wants me to have the stuff printed out on card and everything, but he did photography so I dunno if I really have to go that far for film.......

    im doin film production BTW.

    Advice please

For film production I think the most important is your showreel. But I'm not a student so maybe other students with experience could share their thoughts.
