hi, i have a promotional code to buy the new kniect for xbox 360, £30 off, but i need to open up a credit account to enter the promotional code.
the problem is that when i try to do so it doesnt let me.

i have been living at my current address for about 7 months and i am 17 (18 in a week ), although i do need to be 18 for the account to open, but it does work when i say that i am over 18 AND lived at my previous address for 10+ years, however i dont accept it because i dont live anymore.

can anyone please tell me why it only works like this and how i can get it to work with my current address. ??? ( BTW it doesnt even work if i lie and say ive lived at my current address for 10+ years)

lastly, is it such a big deal that i lie about me being 18

Yes lying could get you in prison plus you will be judged when you die and might go to hell

Don't lie. Get someone over 18 to do it for you.

It probably wont accept you because you've only lived at your address for 7 months. Who do you live with? Your parents? You'll also have to pass a credit check before they'll open an account for you.
