I'm not required to but I usually stay up past 1 AM and get up at 7 AM because I just have issues with sleep.
I use to get up at 5 AM to go running but I go the gym now at night instead. When I did get up at 5 AM, esp. on Mondays, I'd sometimes had have only got 1-2 hours sleep. But I'd just go to sleep an hour after having got back from school though so it's all good :P.
