Mr Willetts, I hope you have a had a nice day. I want to know the sort of conditions that would enable a University to charge over £6,000 for a University course? Of course some other people here might know, if thats the case then please
However there may be some conditions that the public do not yet know that should be known.
I also want to know, if the top Universities do increase courses to over £6,000 will anything be done to ensure that a "two-tier" system does not come as a result of this?
    Thanks
