Problem Entering Grades on Ucas Watch

Right, my problem is, although I've finished 6th form, I only hold one A-level an E in physics' This is because I missed my final exams in the summer due to bereavement, and so knowing that I would want to resit them, the exams department didn't have the qualifications stand. By the way, the physics stood because I was supposed to resit a physics module that I got a U in so I thought two extra resits was a little too much work in my weakest subject.

My AS levels are A, A, C, D. I was thinking I should just enter those and the physics 'E' under my college in dates 2008-2010, and re-enter my college as part time 2010-11 and put my other A levels as pending? If I do this should I include the grades of the modules that I DID sit that were part of the A2? Ie. the January exams?

Reading over this I haven't been too clear but hopefully somebody can make sense of it, I appreciate any guidance. Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much for that! So it would appear my AS qualifications are certificated, while only my Physics grade E A level is certifcated.

'If you have already retaken AS modules
and have results which have been
certificated, you need to enter both the old
grade and the new one as separate
achieved qualifications, even if the resits
were taken at the same centre as the
    original exams.'

My grade D at AS was in history but in my 2nd year I resat a module going from grade E to C. I'm not sure how this affected the overall grade so I assume I also put that particular AS as 'pending' when I enter my details for the 'part-time' year 2010-11?
Again sorry if this is unclear. Also thank you again! I will be going in to college to make sure everything is correct, I'd just like to ensure that I have as much of it done before then.
