I have sent off my Ucas application and paid for it.

But I noticed mistakes on the personal statement, I forgot to put a apostrophe in "Girl`s Cricket Team" and in "people`s" .Can I correct it as it hasn`t been properly sent off yet with no reference?

I`m applying for law.How much will this bother them?

If your referee hasn't sent it off, you can still change it, but you need to talk to your referee so they can let you do this.

Even if it gets sent off with minor mistakes, don't worry too much about it. Admissions tutors have to read hundreds of personal statements, there's a good chance they won't notice a couple of missing apostrophes.

This is why I refuse to read my UCAS now that I have sent it.
If the referee hasn't sent it they can return it to you to make the changes. Although I'd urge you to find the correct key on the keyboard for an apostrophe because whatever you are using in those phrases it isn't an apostrophe.

If it hasn't been sent off to the Uni's yet and your referee is still doing you reference then your referee can send it back to you for you to correct it and then you send it back to them. So you just need to ask you referee if you can have it back to change some things.

Does my tutor make these changes for me? The website won`t allow me to edit it.

You have to ask your tutor to send it back to you and then you will be able to change it.

No, your tutor basically sends it back to you so you can make the changes.

The UCAS form has removed those apostrophes because they are not real apostrophes; you are using ` whereas you should be using '.
