# Urgent help with an equation! Watch

1. Does anyone know how to rearrange this exponential equation to find the value of x. i have put in all the known values:

50/100 = 2.718 to the -0.2733x

Need to work out x. i am expecting it to be 2.55.

any help greatly appreciated!!!

If you have a calculator which you can do then its just:

It is valid rearranging to take of both sides, because that is in inverse function of

If you do not have a calculator with that function, then you can do:
and then continue as above.
