Hi there, I originally only applied to four uni's. So far I've had one offer and one rejection, still waiting on the other two. One of the one's that haven't got back to me yet is Northumbria and that is where I really want to go. Seen as my rejection was going be my insurance choice I was just wondering whether it would be a good or bad idea to apply for another course at Northumbria? Or should I wait to see what they say about the course I have already applied to? Thanks in advance.

You can afford to wait, I reckon. You have until the 15th of January to add a new choice for equal consideration; Northumbria might get back to you before then, in which case you've got one offer in the bag and can afford another application that might fail.

If you're getting to the 10th of January and still haven't heard, then it's time to come back and try to figure out the risks.

Wait and see - you still have plenty of time. Don't accept any offers yet though because if you do you won't be able to add another choice afterwards.

Its just, I should have mentioned before I don't really want to go to where I got the offer! I only put it down in the first place because I wasn't sure what else to pick. Thanks for your advice though

I'll ask my referee what she thinks as well, when I'm back at school.

No problem Speak to careers about your choices they should be able to give you some advice but don't be worried about the other choices not responding yet, lots of people still don't have any offers!
