    I sleep all the time, I have so much uni work, I can't be assed to do anything anymore. I ****ed up my relationship two months ago, my family and friends hate me, and last week I thought about killing myself. I told my GP, but he told me it was stress. I'm not so convinced. Is there anywhere else I could get help?

    We all are in this sad economic time, the cure apparently is to increase tuition fees so no worries

    I feel like this right now, told my GP he said i don't look depressed and look very happy and healthy maybe it is really just stress

    Sounds more like lethargy and despondency than actual depression. Should've saved your breath posting this thread anyway; most people are going to do the sensible thing and tell you to do the sensible thing, which is to see a counsellor than start self-diagnosing yourself with something you may not even have.

    Sounds more like stress than depression but really, do you think that we are experts on this? Consult your uni counsellor.

    Yes, you probably are but you are not alone, so many other people are going through the same thing. Now, you need to decide what you are going to do about it? Maybe get a second opinion and talk to the uni asking for deadline extensions. Also, I am sure that your friends and family don't hate you. Why would your friends be friends with you if they didn't like you? .
