Looking for new speakers, to ask for christmas or just get myself with the money after.
Plus possibly an all in one PC before the start of 2nd year at uni.. thus i xpect speakers to last that long.

Very very basic ones i got for 15 quid because my other ones broke

2.1 stereo speaker system with 17 W RMS
(I dont know anything about speakers specs and stuff so..)

I want something good, no idea how much thats going to cost... maybe.. 70-100? Can spend a more if needed, but looking at some examples it seems the £150+ range seem to involve the big towers and such, which i cant really use at the moment. But does need to be able to be a good system for my room at my house next year which will be much bigger than my halls atm

Dont need no massive home entertainment thing, just something i can plug into my laptop and future PC and for the sound to be better than my cheap ass 15 quid ones lol

Just need help from anyone that knows speakers more than me =]

Harmon Kardon Soundsticks are around £100 and sound pretty good for 2.1s. Pretty bassy and not bad mid range either. Worth a listen to at any rate.
