Flat Decorating

Hi folks,
i've opted to decorate my plush new flat :smile:

Im getting hassle off of my best friend because she cannot understand why I opt to wear gloves whilst painting.
How can I politley tell her to leave the subject alone?
Do I just randomnly paint her hand then see how hard it is to remove? :biggrin:

I don't understand...
Surely you would just say to your friend "I don't want to get my hands painted" and she would reply, "fairdoos" and all would be dandy?

Why is she hassling you? How does it affect her? :p:
