    can friends tell or get notificaitons when you deactivate your account or rejoin facebook again after deactivating?

    Nah if you delete your account you just disappear off there list, they don't get told about it.

    If you are deleting your account you have to delete it, then not go on it for 2/3 weeks.
    Even after you delete it, they keep all your pics/info in case you decide to rejoin.

    what if you reactivate account do they get notifications that you've rejoined?

    No nothing when you deactivate or reactivate. They don't know unless they try to look for you.
