    is liking straightforward communication where both people do not keep much hidden a good thing? is being frustrated with people being evasive and noncommittal also normal?
    i i tell the truth to others should i expect the truth back?

    It's often easier for people not to tell the whole truth, so they aren't exactly lying they are just smoothing over details that would either complicate a conversation or simply aren't important.

    Of course, a lot of the time people simply forget details or emit them to make it easier to put their point across. A kind of subtle manipulation if you like.
