Ok, well basically i entered a 3 hour enduro(offroad motorbike) race the other day and after about 45 minutes my entire upper body was knackered...

I'm "fairly" fit with a decent bit of cycling/running when i want to but am built like a stickman from the waist up tbh...

According to the people at the event the muscles i need to focus on are triceps/chest/upper back and a bit of work on my core...

I'm a member of the gym but wondered what TSR thinks are the best exercises to target these exact areas...

Of course i've been told the best way is to ride the bike mroe often but as it's kept with my dad on the other side of the country that's not easy...

Bench Press, military press, weighted pull ups, weighted dips, clean and press, bent over rows, weighted chin ups

May as well throw some deadlifts in there, make sure you work your whole back
