v525 is the best out of that lot, i really want one, my mums just got one (she wont swap for my 6100 grrr) and its awsome! bad thing about it, is on the vodafone website it says its 85g, got it, thought it was a bit heavy, weighted it and its actually 126g. i agree the e700 is awasome but soooo expensive

GD50 is huge, rest are very basic. If you dont care about having a camera the Nokia 6100 is probs your best bet, I have one now its sooo light (76g) and if it had a 65k screen instead of the 4096 colour it has at the mo and a built in camera - it would be perfect!

Not loving any of them, Sagems are some ugly phones. No offence!

IMO, the best phones and probably the only ones you should only consider there are the Motorola V500/V525. The best phone out at the moment is the Samsung E700 or the Sony Ericsson T610/Z600 (got one, better than E700) although the E710 and T630 should be out very soon.

if you're not bothered about the hopelessly gimmicky and pathetic cameras on so many phones, I would highly recommend the 8910i or the vertu. the latter being rather expensive, it may be out of your budget however.

if you must have a camera, i cannot recommend highly enough the t630. its not available on any network in the UK yet though. it's probably the best looking phone out (apart, perhaps, from the delicious 8310), with great features and none of the "lag" that the t610 suffers from.

it all depends what you want from your phone. for an elegant and sophisticated phone that will get you noticed the 8910i/vertu cannot be beaten. for a more "normal" phone, the t630 is also brilliant ... but every tom/****/harry will have one in a few months.
