I would either try and find a specification which has all the points in the course which are examined, or if not I would make your own checklist and go through it. Ever since I started using the specification ive noticed an improvement in my grades. I used to ignore them and shove them in the back of my folder/book but they are one of the best revision tools which I wished I used whilst doing my GCSE's.
Also if possible, buy a CGP revision guide which covers your course. They are generally well made, they may lack a few specific details but its a general nice read through book which does the job and helps massively. Ive been using them since GCSE. If not im sure there are other books, e.g. by letts? But buy a revision guide which can be found in WHSmith and Waterstones, and possibly Amazon.co.uk ect.
Additionally highlight your notes/underline different points with different colours, and if you have a definition, equation, ect to learn, put a nice coloured box around it. However don't spend 50 years making it all neat.
As for websites I don't know of any specific ones but im sure that if you type it into google theres bound to be relevant websites which can help you out. I recall a website named S-Cool, and im pretty sure they have information relevant to GCSE's but they might not. Try it anyway
