Having trouble starting my Original Reading commentary? Watch

Doing the English Lit AS course, we had to write a story based on a stimulus text and now have to write a commentary for this story.

I don't know where to start. I already have all my points scribbled on a piece of paper under the headings STRUCTURE, LANGUAGE, CONTEXT and THEMES and I've got some pretty good points linking in with my stimulus text, but trying to write this commentary... it's like hitting my head against a brick wall.

I just don't know where, or how to start. Can anyone give me some tips? I'm not asking you to write an intro paragraph for me (it'd be pretty hard on your account since you don't know my stimulus text and haven't read my coursework), just asking if you'd help me get past this writers' block.
