    Hi,

I took a virgin mobile contract handset with sim in 25th september 2010. I cancelled it by phone ,before 28 days cancellation policy. But last month and today I recieved this email : "Hello

Your Virgin Mobile bill for account ****** is online now and ready to view or download. Just log onto Your Account to pick it up. If it's your first time here, you'll need to click 'Create an account' before you can see your bill.

Got a question about your bill, read more.

    Kind regards,
    The Team at Virgin Mobile.

Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail."

Why I am still recieving this email? Are they cutting money from my bank or it will show £0.00 (zero) pound bill on the statement? Anybody has any experience ?

You could always have a look at it? Sometimes when you cancel it you'll still have one bill after it to count for the amount of time after your previous bill you hadn't cancelled it- even if it's only for a day or two.

Its probably just a bill for the small amount of time that you had the phone for.

Basically, you might owe them money for using your phone before you cancelled it.

When you get a contract, you pay for the previous month each month, yes?
If you cancel it part way through a month, you'll still get a bill at the end.

That's as simple as it's getting.
