    I play rugby and i need to be strong, i am 16 and i can deadlift 120kg and bench 150kg on a machine lol but only 90-100 on a bar with a bench.

    You have a crap back and a good chest. In comparison by the way. If you are naturally doing 120kg on Deadlift that's fine, but compared to what you do on Bench, it's not that impressive.

    Agreed, you are well out of proportion, which can lead to problems.
