I'm so confused, I haven't even finished the chapters that I need to know for January in Biology or Chemistry. We've literally just started learning about the heart like yesterday!!

Should I wait a few weeks before revising?

I haven't yet, but I'm on a gap year. For an A Level Student I would advise that you should finish studying the course 30 days before your first exam. That's what I have been doing always.

The latest I would start revising would be 1 January.

It should start in September tbh.

    Edit:

Buzzing for the neg rep . I used to start in January, but really it should start as soon as you start the module. A.k.a September. Just sayin'

Start since the first day of school tbh, got the books and read into the chapters we were learning in the first week. Revise what you have learned whilst your school polishes off the final sections

I started Biology about three weeks ago, going pretty well really.
Maths I'm still trying to get my head around the content, but steadily getting through the papers, even if I'm failing every single one!

It's mainly the snow days which has let me catch up with maths! Think I'll have a day off tomorrow though!

I started a few weeks ago, but it was light as I was still learning the stuff. Try revising the stuff you've already learnt.

We haven't finished bio unit 1 yet either (still have immnuity, cholera & prokaryotic cells to go) but my advice would just be try doing extra work outside of lessons as you'll probably cover less in class due to the lack of time before the exam.
