It's a fairly trivial matter I guess but something that has lead to massive consequences on a personal level. I have made the mistake to some degree in the past but have made it again really bad recently.

If I somehow made the same mistake again in any way shape or form, I would seriously get pissed off and who knows what I would do. Basically I can't afford to ever make this mistake again so besides drumming it into my head what can I do to avoid making said mistake EVER again.

Tbh It has driven me slightly insane and even though there were reasons why I made the decision it in the first place, I completely neglected the huge consequences and now I'm always questioning myself in whatever I do because I feel I could only be seeing one side of a matter, which will obviously put me into a lot of difficult situations in the future if I continue thinking like this. I can't get over how pissed off I am with myself either, and I just can't stop thinking about it until it resolves which will be soon, but nonetheless the wait is killing me.
