    Hi,

I'm looking for good resources for the Spanish Inquisition, and more inparticular, the motivations for it. I'm sturggling to find the best resources on Amazon (Books, DVD's, etc) and I can't find any documentaries about it on YouTube or anywhere online

    Helpppp?

    Thanks

    Useful books:
Perez J, Spanish inquisition: a history.
Woodward G, Spain in the reigns of Isabella and Ferdinand, 1474-1516.
    Elliott J H, Imperial Spain 1469-1716.
Books by Kamen are also useful - Kamen and Elliott are the primary Spanish historians writing in English, so it's definitely worth looking at them.
Not sure about DVD's and other resources, I remember An Islamic History of Europe being useful but I don't think it's readily available. Hope it helps
