AS Retake after completing AS and A2 - UCAS Application Help

Ok, so:

I completed my AS Maths a year early in Jun 2009. I completed my A2 Maths a year early in Jun 2010. I got a B at AS, and kept the B at A2. I'm retaking one module at AS to boost my overall grade to an A.

I'm confused as to what to put in my UCAS Application in the qualification section. The people that help us with UCAS in our college are saying I have to change the module, and therefore the AS Overall and A2 Overall grade to 'Pending' and change my qualification date from Jun09/Jun10 to Jan 11, as that's when my retake is.

However, reading up on UCAS' website, from what I understand, I can enter my AS and A2 results that I've achieved with the correct dates and correct qualifications, and then enter my AS and A2 results again, this time listed as 'pending' with Jan 11 as the qualification date.

Any help would be appreciated :smile:
