Sometimes in lectures lecturers ask random questions from 1st of 2nd year of LLB; I must say that when I hear such question I have huge problems reminding myself that era of of, not mentioning about the case names etc..

I was wondering if it's just me, or everybody has this problem ?
Honestly speaking once the exams are over I tend to forget whole material after 3,4 months (the latest)!
It worries me slightly, since how on earth am I supposed to work in such competitive environment if after few months I forget what I was working on whole year.

On the other hand, people study languages and the truth is, if you don't practice it you simply lose it. Isn't it the same with any knowledge ?

I don't remember many case names for very long, but I'd like to think that I understand the general principles of most subjects I studied at uni
