Does anyone know the grade boundaries? For an A* "controlled assessment?" (aka course work)

I may be wrong but I was under the impression that GCSE boundaries were worked out after they had been marked, so whereas one year it may be 90% another year it could be 85%, varying with the successes of each year group.

Your teacher should have access to the past boundaries, or they may have them on the Edexcel website.

Not sure if I'm doing the exact same one, but we got provisional grades done by our teachers for the reading CA, and they made it quite high (we needed 19/20 to get A*)

As above poster said, it will be up to Edexcel to decide this year's boundaries, so waiting until they are sent off for moderation will be more accuarate.
