Ok so anyone want to give me more advice.
I've only been to the fish and chip shop past the Texaco garage, frankly its a long cycle and the foods pretty disgusting.
Then there are 2 chinese delivery places I've used, Yumees and Flying Wok. Yumees is by far the better food, but delivery minimum is £10, compared to £7 at Wok, so its a bit expensive if I just want some food for myself.
Obviously there's Gardies, soon the die, which is good for burgers and kebabs and stuff.
Anyone else know anywhere else?

There's a brilliant noodle bar - I think its called Dojos (??) which is tucked away in a lane across and parallel to the road from the main street down towards Queens'. Brill spicy food!

That's genius. But erm, what if you're not there? Does the porter have to pay for it until you come and pay him back?

Dominos you can order online and they deliver, though they're pretty expensive...

There's a fish and chip shop up by the grafton, but last time I tried to go in it was shut for some bizarre reason (fireworks night) so I'm not sure if it's any good. Texaco one would probably be closer to you, even if up castle hill.

Maharaja must be pretty close to you for indian take aways, it's 1 minute from me anyhow.

I do usually end up at gardies though... DAMN YOU CAIUS!

Alaric.

They own the buildings and want to put student accommodation there, I think.
