i felt fine when i woke up , then a light headache started in my first lecture, gradually getting worse throughout the day until it became a migraine (which are usually rare for me), taken 2 paracetamol tablets, didnt do much, then after the headache stopped i started feeling sick, & diarrhoea. Now i've lost my appetite, feel really fatigued which is unusual at this time & i feel like i could vomit.

I had about 150mg of caffeine earlier (after the headache though), could this be contributing to any of this? could it be something ive eaten?

I dont have a blocked nose or anything, just the symptoms described above, im going on an awesome holiday in 2 weeks & don't want to come down with anything, so im being a bit paranoid at the moment about becoming ill...
