boxing trainings

Hi there!
I wanted to do some boxing training, as long as I have all equipment at home. But I dont really know how does it work, I mean is it helpful if you want to lose some weight. Wich muscles does it influence? For how long should I traing to achieve the result? (how long during the day, how many times a week and how many weeks-monthes?)

to be honest, it would be best going to a gym for that type training as there are trained people there who can direct you or teach you correct movements and how to excute them with full impact.

i myself am thinking of taking up a contact sport, im going to the mma gym next week :biggrin:

Be a man, take up Rugby. Rugby is the most demanding and physical contact sport there is in the UK.

lol, yeah so it is. thing is though, if i got into a ruckass, i would only be able to run the person over! i want to kick their ass if they deserve it!

there arent rugby places around me anyway, i dont have any friends or mates who play or are even interested in it.
