Hey, I'm writing a thesis for submission to the London College of Music.

Does any of you know whether it's okay to describe essential features of a YouTube video which has been copyrighted?

I know this seems silly to ask, but I want to be cautious, and it feels to me pretty much the same as quoting a copyrighted slogan in an essay ...

you're using a youtube video as part of your thesis? i'm not sure they'll like that.

    anyways, look at this
    http://www.youtube.com/t/howto_copyright

you should probably get permission from the owner of the video.
