I sent a computer monitor in for repair on September 23rd and I got it back today, nearly 2 and a half months later. I have received it in exactly the same state I sent it, with the same fault that makes it unusable. I will have to send it back and I am looking at 5 months without it assuming it takes the same length of time again, which it will because there's horror stories all over the internet about this screen. Then what if it's broke again and again?

What are my rights here? This isn't a warranty service, it's pretty much forcing me to buy a new product. Can they just send it back and forwards without repairing it forever while taking months each time? I am lucky that I have a backup screen but I paid £350 for this and I want to use it.
