Can people suggest cheap and easy meals to cook for one? I don't have a freezer so the likes of cooking curries and chillies and freezing them are a distant memory

Make curries and chillies and then eat them for 2 or 3 days?

Mix it up by having pasta one day and rice the next.

pasta? stir-fry? fajitas? spag bol? pizza? They all seem easy enough to make for just one person depending on the size of pasta sauce/meat etc you get but you could easily spread them out over a week if you need to have 2 of one meal.
