    For all Birmingham-lovers!!

    What course do you want to take?

    What are you looking forward to?

    What are you dreading?




    Birmingham is my first choice for BA Hispanic Studies...I cannot wait to develop my language skills, and spend my third year abroad! Buuut......I'm not looking forward to deadlines and paying my parents back! :P

    I'm worried though since I may not be able to send my application untilreally close to the deadline.

    I'm only applying to birmingham!

    I love the campus is leafy and i love trees and the lecturers sound nice and friendly!

    Its my first choice for Geography too i've accepted the offer and applied for my accommodation now, so i just need to get the grades

    BA - im taking geography sociology and psychology so im much more focused on the human side.. You're BA too right?
    I've heard that the first year is pretty much 50/50 human and physical anyway from someone thats there now then you can specialise more afterwards which is pretty good..

    Yeah I'm BA too, I prefer human geography mostly but I like the flexibilty of the course and still being able to take physical modules.

    I applied to Exeter, Queen Mary, Sussex and Aberyswyth and Birmingham was definitely the best out of those. Yeah, I applied for my accommodation last week you?

    Yeaa i applied the other day, to basically the cheapest ones, im hoping to get maple bank on the vale though

    Thats cool, im glad im not the only one who is going for cheaper options :P
    maple bank looks quite nice anyway really, all you really need is a bed, desk and wardrobe in a room anyway.. its not like extra floor space will really be used in bigger rooms

    Birmingham is my first choice for Medicine Can't wait, I Loooove the campus. So pretty and leafy and beautiful architecture Really looking forward to being in/near a big, culture-rich city. I haven't yet applied for accommodation - looking at Mason and Elgar court but i can't aplpy yet because I haven't heard back from all my other choices (want to make 100% informed decision) so i'm really worried i'll miss out on my accommodation choices. That's what i'm dreading...

    i suggest you apply...you can always reject the accomodation offer. all univs suggest that you apply for acco as soon as you get an offer. go ahead
